Public Storage - Atlanta - 5301 S Cobb Drive SE

This place is a self-serve location. There’s not a customer service agent in the office. I overall like the price and size of my unit . I don’t have complaints as of today.

Chasity is AWESOME!!!!!! She has excellent customer service and she makes you feel like the company appreciates your business. She has made this transitional move smooth for my family and I. They did a great job in hiring her.

Chasidy is a great manager. She remembers me by name. She works with me and knows her job. Don't let her leave!

I have two storage spaces at this location, it's safe and secure, Ms. Chasidy was the best , she explained everything from dos and donts, all the options you can take advantage of with using Public Storage. She is always around the property cleaning and showing units, and she calls me by my first name. So ??'s to Chasidy and Public Storage.
