Iâm so glad I chose Life Storage ! The entire process was a breeze and I didnât experience any hassle. I would like to thank Ms.Eboni especially for her EXCEPTIONAL customer service, beautiful spirit and easy going attitude. She is very knowledgeable and made everything so simple from the very beginning. I honestly felt at home away from home and that gave me a sense of security with leaving my belongings in a Life Storage unit. I appreciate Ms.Eboni for making that happen. If I could give 10 stars, I would!

I rented a unit for a few months and the unit itself and facility were fine. Customer service, however, was seriously deficient. Specifically, the treatment I received by Jihan Pope or Poe, who self-identifies as "Management" was more disrespectful and negative than any other experience I have had in recent history. For this reason, I will not return there and would alert others in this regard.
