We stopped by the CubeSmart facility today in Winter Springs, FL and was pleasantly surprised by the helpful, knowledgeable, and professional staff member that helped us select the proper storage space at a reasonable monthly rate. Thank you for a very pleasant transaction.

I maybe be misspelling her name but Myanra at the location off Red Bug Lake Rosa in Oviedo, Florida was excellent in assisting me. After showing me the unit, she worked with me to get a letter sent over from our home office allowing me to sign the documents. She was very sociable and accommodating. She was actually eating lunch when I arrived but postponed that to assist me. I feel she went the extra mile and I hope she gets a raise or bonus thx to my review as she certainly deserves it. Hopefully you have others like her and if not please use her as a guide in training the future employees as she’s a great asset for you :)

Signing the agreement via eSign was fast and simple. My unit is perfect for my needs. Staff is friendly and helpful!
