I rented a spacewalks for 6 months at this facility primarily due no availability at a storage facility where I stored my motorhome. I was notified that a space became available which I took. I informed Champion that I no longer needed my space and was informed that by contract they where not obligated to refund the remainder of the months that where not needed. They graciously did refund the remainder which I was grateful for their understanding of my situation. I highly recommend this business tax they are trustworthy and honest to deal with. I gave it a 4 on pricing because I rented a unit 5 yrs ago and it was less.
