Female manager on Saturday went above and beyond regular customer service. She knew her facility well, showed us several storage units, found the best priced unit and sold us on the deal. You need more like her.

We need this unit as our adult children are moving out of the house. It just makes things easier for us. One of my sons has a bunch of equipment that he'll need for his career of house-flipping, and it was just taking up so much space in our 3-car garage, which we use to park 2 cars and then have space for a fridge, the water softener, hot water heater and a little workout room. Anyway, we got the 10x20 drive-up unit because my son has a bunch of heavy stuff but we'll probably downsize to a smaller indoor unit in a few months because it's kindof pricey. But, this does the job for now, so thanks!
