John took care of us and got us checked in. We originally wanted the storage facility on Tyndall Parkway, but they didn’t have a 12’ spot for our trailer. So they sent us to Cube Smart. The first spot they tried to put us was 12’ on one side and 4’ on the other. So, that was a no go. We were promised $33 monthly payments with the first month free when I called the company. Once we figured out that the first one was a no go, John went back to his computer and found a bigger space to store our trailer. It was a 16’, first month free and $43 a month payments. Now, nothing against John, but he should’ve called corporate and told them what had happened and seen if they could have given us the space for $33.00 since that’s what they promised. It doesn’t hurt to ask.

Very easy to sign up and customer service from Don. I feel as if my items will be safe and secure at the facility.

Shawn and Jamie made renting a storage space easy! They were extremely helpful and kind and it didn't take long to process paper work. It's so good to be able to have someone on site and a real person to talk to instead of a storage place with no one there to help! Also pricing is fair. I highly recommend CubeSmart to everyone! You can't go wrong!
