I am amazed at the outstanding performance of the employees at this company! I was extremely stressed out in the middle of moving to a new location and in need of a storage unit.I didn’t have a scheduled appointment to be honest I didn’t know if I was going to be able to get a unit for that same day. So I went online and saw Storage America had the best prices great location and security cameras everywhere making me feel safe so I called and the most professional and caring customer provider named Marilu made me feel comfortable and relaxed she was able to get me a amazing price and unit. Marilu is the example of what a great professional customer service should be like! Thank you Storage of America for having such high quality employees

Had unforeseen Emergency. Needed storage . Was fairly priced/clean/secure and staff was friendly and helpful. Made a bad situation very easy and stress free. The security is excellent ! Thank you for being there in our time of need. Very appreciated !
