I am amazed at the outstanding performance of the employees at this company! I was extremely stressed out in the middle of moving to a new location and in need of a storage unit.I didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t have a scheduled appointment to be honest I didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t know if I was going to be able to get a unit for that same day. So I went online and saw Storage America had the best prices great location and security cameras everywhere making me feel safe so I called and the most professional and caring customer provider named Marilu made me feel comfortable and relaxed she was able to get me a amazing price and unit. Marilu is the example of what a great professional customer service should be like! Thank you Storage of America for having such high quality employees

Had unforeseen Emergency. Needed storage . Was fairly priced/clean/secure and staff was friendly and helpful. Made a bad situation very easy and stress free. The security is excellent ! Thank you for being there in our time of need. Very appreciated !

Convenient location and secure units.

It was really good the experience in the front desk.They have experience in what they are doing and the lady explained everything too my really good.I recommend this place.
