Well maintained facility - allows extended hours when needed

The facility has several issues with the fence, and parts of the wall are scattered across the grass. Additionally, I've encountered a problem with my gate entry code—the code I received on the day I signed the contract has never worked. I was informed that I would need to wait a few days for it to sync with the system, but as of today, it is still not functioning. Currently, I am using a temporary code provided by an agent, but I'm unsure how long it will remain valid.

Dead Rat in new storage unit. Nobody bothered to check it before we moved in. Really disgusted and disappointed.

After the second day of attempting to get into the storage unit I’m still not able to. The first day it turned out that I was at the wrong location and was not informed of it until an hour and a half later of trying to get into it into one of the units. So today I go to the storage unit and they have two locks on each side, not allowing me to get into it so I go to the office to get some help and the office door is locked up and knock on the door and no one answers so I called the phone number on the door And I keep getting disconnected. So I don’t know how the hell to talk to someone about this and about to ask for money back and go to storage facility taken care of right away.
