customer service is perfect! I’m glad I found this place! Location is great, super clean and easy to access!!

The customer service was top notch in completing the rental. She really helped us through the process and stayed until we opened our unit.

I was upgraded to a bigger storage and it was very spacious. it was very easy to move in, and the locks that were provided gave me reassurance that my valuables will be secure.

Not only did I get a great deal but there was no need to buy our own lock. Located only 8 mins from Delaware State University which was great. Great space, plenty of space. I live in California and was able to arrange everything including payment over the phone. They also have a website to set up the storage but I had a few questions which the attendant explained well. We will be back next summer!
