Good customer service, clean accessible facility.

The Noke app allows easy access to the building and the unit. No fumbling with padlock keys or combination locks. I have had prior experience with this facility and my only complaint is the lack of lighting in the units themselves. My prior unit was pretty deep, and I had to bring a battery operated work light or flashlight to see anything in the back of the unit.

Cynthia was able to help me with getting the paper work done so easily, she took me inside and showed me the storages. She's very welcoming and helpful and knows her work. I am pleased with the storages, the place is super clean and cool, I love the environment.

The facility is modern, clean, and easy to access with modern technology to secure the building and possessions. The price is decent and workable, and all is very well explained before the move-in. All in all, a perfect move for me.
