The manager was very nice and friendly. I was a little afraid of using a storage facility but he put me at ease. However, I made one reservation on Sparefoot, canceled that one and made a new reservation. The facility kept telling me I let the reservation expire and didnât qualify for the first month free. I showed him the new reservation but he said the computer didnât show that. I sure hope I get that first month free
