Oscar, the customer service representative that assisted me, was absolutely the sole reason that I rented from your company. I'm a senior, like most my age, I'm computer illiterate. Without the assistance of Oscar staying on the line while I navigated your website I never would have completed rental agreement. Oscar was very polite and handled several meltdowns incurred with mey lack of computer skills. He diligently work me through all the steps while my phone was out of power and subsequently lost connection. He was so informative I was able to complete form on my own. If all customer service was as helpful as your staff is, I think there would be a lot more happy people out there going about their day. Double 5 star review to Oscar and your team.
