Suggestions; Have a floor map ready at the front desk with tennant’s unit marked on the map during the first time checkin. Or email a soft copy. Make elevator and stairs signs visible on each floor. There are a lot exit signs but you could get lost in a rathole maze. Make a reference to Arques Ave on 2nd and 3rd floor.
