Public Storage - Santa Cruz - 3840 Portola Dr

The hours are so convenient. My old storage didn’t open until 9:30. Public storage opens at 6:00. That’s 3 1/2 more hours in the day that I have access my storage. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Corin was very helpful with getting me set up with my new storage unit. She walked me through the entire process. This is my first time using a storage unit, and it was a very positive experience. Thank you Corin!

I had put my lock on the wrong way putting my belongings at risk and I received an email from public storage telling me to come do it right! I'm pretty impressed with their security and service.
