So I've been anticipating another price increase which I received today. It's going from $266 to $288 effective July 1, 2021. That would be bad enough, but after checking my records, I noticed that the last increase was effective November 1, 2020. One would expect annual increases for this sort of business, but increasing the rent after eight months is pure price gouging.
