I was in Napa looking for storage, because I need to be close to Mom. I visited two storages, and they were subpar, customer service was horrible awful. I then called Storage pro, and I drove over there to 219 Walnut st. Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m telling you the girl,Tanisha, was absolutely fabulous, and very professional. I was very impressed with her attention to detail. It was a very pleasant experience. Tanisha is the best at what she does. I signed some form, and handed over my credit card # loaded my things, and I was on my way. Thank you Tanisha, for making my morning better, and happier!

It was a really busy day but the woman at the desk was exceptional! She moved customers through in a timely manner, was polite, and went out of her way to be helpful!
