Great customer service!

Our experience has been great since our first call to Public Storage at 1987 Old Middlefield Way, Mountain View, CA. The person who answered the phone provided all the information I needed to make a decision. He was very friendly and helpful. Then we went to look at the facility in person. Everything was clean and well kept. It was very easy. We were moving from our current location to this much closer location to our business. Umer is the person that we worked with to get us set up and rent a unit. He has been super anytime we had a question. And was great when we let him know we needed to rent a 2nd unit. Great experience. great service. and most of all friendly staff at this location. Thanks Umer for all your support during our transition!

Over the years we've rented many units from this location and have found Umer to be very helpful, kind and courteous. If we weren't moving away we would definitely have stayed here. I highly recommend this location.
