Extra Space Storage - 1160 - Los Angeles - La Cienega

Recently moved into a 5x15 unit at this facility. The unit was actually about 1 1/2 feet short of the 15' and I had planned shelving and racks down the inch (for a small business inventory). The manager, Amaya, helped me right away, and transferred me to a unit that fit my specs for the racks. Seamless. He runs a tight ship. The place is beyond clean. The security is tight - you need to enter a code to open the parking lot gate, to open the building doors, and to call an elevator. There is timed lighting in each unit - a feature I've never had before at a storage unit. No more flashlights to see in my unit! There are always carts available, which was always a problem at my old facility. Overall an excellent place to store your stuff. Very glad I made the move.

I have package coming and am thankful the manager will take care of things for me. Very kind and professional.

Chris, who was working the front desk when I went to check out storage units, is the most polite and pleasant person I've dealt with in recent and not so recent times. He even gave me a bottle of water after seeing me come in worked from the hot sun on my bike. He showed me the storage units I was interested in, including a storage unit slightly larger. He was not pushy about getting me to contract, which I REALLY appreciated because I still have to figure out exactly which size is best for me. I know I will rent here for sure - Nicest staff; not pushy whatsoever so I felt like I could calmly make decisions and breathe; a super clean place with wonderful air conditioning; and all storage units have sprinklers on the ceiling so if there were to be a fire, it wouldn't last long.
