I talked with a young guy on the phone and he was so helpful and compassionate about my circumstance. But gave me a great referral to Public Storage. I worked with Ethan, and he was kind, professional, and understanding. He was knowledgeable and helped me tremendously. The facility looked well maintained and secure. Liz was professional and courteous processing me as a new renter. I needed boxes, you had boxes. It was quick and easy! I was shown to my new storage unit which was clean, easy to access and well lit. My gate credentials worked without a hitch. Nothing was difficult, I was in and out without any trouble at all. It was a breeze - even signed up for autopay and it was set up for me by Liz. And insurance. I unloaded my belongings and that was it. No loose ends to tie up when I left.

Over all very easy to reserve the storage unit . Wonderful customer service made us feel at ease and comfortable with the whole process.
