Public Storage - Castro Valley - 2497 Grove Way

After my other storage facility put the rental up almost $100 I decided to move out of there and fast. Found this place, a 10x10 at a reasonable price, manager on duty was super helpful and friendly so I booked it and in three days I moved in! So far so good and oh by the way itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s climate controlled which is super handy so one doesnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t freeze in the winter or boil in the summer whenever they need to go to their unit ﾃ｢竄ｬﾂｦ

Darcy, the Rep. was very helpful. Customer service was great.

Online reservation was fairly simple. Gate code was sent by text, and Once logged into app, that was helpful. Front desk was very helpful. Downside is only 2 elevators on same side of building, with separate keypads. Storage unit on opposite side of building from elevator, but not too much trouble. Nice location. 3 floors, plenty of parking.

Rented a unit this weekend from Public Storage. Octavia was an absolute pleasure to deal with. She was kind, patient and made sure I had everything I needed. The facility was clean and well maintained as well. I would absolutely recommend this location to others!
