Horrible treatment of customers

I stored with this company in 2012 and they were fantastic. Well a different location years later and they suck. Was told upon move in (no car at the moment nor home) that my assistance animals could not be in bldg . Next day after I was almost done moving everything in a different woman told me I couldn't have them ON PROPERTY?! WHAT THE HELL? They don't recognize ESA. So I have to park on street, leave my dogs and with massive anxiety and some health issues walk across parking lot up elevator load stuff etc. To top it off there is mold or something in unit. Been 4 days ..I'm moving out.

Booked through a third party reservation call center. They quoted me prices for the size unit I needed. When I arrived on location, the worker was able to offer me the same size unit for less and was gracious enough to waive the admin fee. Would definitely recommend.
