It was very easy to set up online. I went to the facility the same day. The person at the desk was knowledgeable about the facility and was able to answer my questions.

So far so good. Cassandra was super helpful and a pleasure to speak with. Very informative and helped me beyond anything I expected with me renting a storage for the first time.

Went on to see how much it would cost for a storage & got a reasonable price. Johnny told me I could come back or call anytime when I was ready to make a reservation. Thank you. Very nice.

I made my reservation online and received a welcome call from Johnnie. He was very patient and provided excellent customer service. He allowed me to look at several units before making my decision and thoroughly explained all of my paperwork and expenses.
