Maple Valley Mini Storage

Facility is clean and secure. Customer service agent Kiya was AMAZING. She was friendly, efficient and answered all of my questions. I am currently at a Public Storage unit and they are awful. My unit was broken into (it was an indoor facility!) and there is never anyone present on site. They keep raising my unit price every three months and it is outrageous what they are charging. I might have to drive a little further but the customer service and price mean so much to me. Thank you for making this process so easy.

I would totally recommend this place for your RV storage. It was easy access, easy parking, lots of turning room for big rigs.

I am a repeat customer and needed a storage unit again. I went back to Maple Valley Mini Storage because of the outstanding customer service I received the first time. I have had the pleasure of working with Casey twice now and no matter how busy the office is he remains calm, professional and takes his time with you and is great at multitasking while staying on track with a great attitude. The pricing of the units can't be beat and this facility deserves far more than 5 stars all around.

The customer service was fantastic, she was super laid back and friendly. Very helpful too. The unit is clean, big, and easy on the wallet. So far it's been nothing but excellent! Glad I found this place 🙂
