Got the unit size I needed. The easy no hassle paperwork. Friendly customer service and a great price! What could be better?

Website doesn't match the quote given to me over the phone. I had to have a manager approve a price that still doesn't match the quote or the price on the website. This is definitely an issue and causes a lot of misunderstanding. When you call a company and receive a conformation number on price, it should be honored. Why I had to pay extra is not good business. I hope they can fix this way of taking reservations.

I love the electronic gate and the ease of getting things in the unit.

There the best friendly helpful and great priced I would recommend them if ur in need for a storage we love them....
