This place is spotless and the customer service is outstanding!! Would very much recommend this to anyone!!

We made an online reservation and got a great deal and at the same time streamlined our contracting time at arrival. Paul was a great service. Very thorough, kind and thoughtful. Great place for storage

The full process maybe took 45 minutes and we had our stuff in storage. Easy to reserve online then paper work in person took very little time.

My major concern is my daughters 12 & 14 and my 6 yr old niece got locked outside of the building Sunday night. We didn’t realize it was 10pm. When we went down to the first floor to look for them, we were stuck and had to leave our storage unsecured until the next morning. Common sense the elevators should atleast work, but the gate code shouldn’t after 10pm to gain entry into the storage parking lot…. This was very disturbing. Myself and another tent on the same floor tried calling but got no answer.
