Horrible employees horrible managers

I have seen employees come outside and argue with customer as customers are leaving. I was sitting waiting to be helped while the employee was outside following a customer and when the customer got upset she stated she will call the police like she didnât start with the customer after he tried to leave. She should be fired someone should investigate the employee and manager. I was never able to get a storage because I did not want to be treated like this. I had to come and complain about what I saw. This is not acceptable.

Horrible horrible horrible customer service bad business. Cubesmart took over this property and did not contact anyone about they no longer have the payment information for autopay they added late fees and lien charges and state they will not remove them even thought they contacted me 33 days after my first payment was late and this is the first time I was aware the company was changed over they state they have lost my autopay information and I have to pay the late fees and lien fees. The more you try to have them understand they get more rude and rude and try to blame you other than understand the company made a mistake of not contacting anyone and waiting over a month to inform customers they no longer have payment information. They stated they sent a email which I checked my email and no emails there from them not even the welcome email. I then found out one month they stated was not paid was paid and it was autopay that is the same month they took over. The employees clothing is very nasty like they work on cars and they are very rude. A employee followed me out the store when I understood we would get no understanding like she wanted to harm me and as she see I didnât back down she start saying she will call the police. Employees should never escalate the customer and I spoke with many that escalate a situation that they system and company made a mistake at. Cubesmart have no real resolution team to deal with concerns of theft from employees. The manager and district manager are friends and they work together to steal money and be rude to customers due to no one check behind them.
