Public Storage - Fort Worth - 3700 Cockrell Ave

I had a great experience with public storage. The workers are wonderful.

This location got the best staffs, Chassie and Bill, here trying to solve the customers problems. Company’s website needs improvement though. Cannot complete rental for reservations online . Had to visit the facility physically to complete the payment. Much appreciated to the local staffs here!

Completed the online reservation. Lady at the desk was very courteous & helpful when I arrived to complete all transactions & store my items.

Evelyn was professional, kind, and just fun to talk to. She respected social distancing guidelines, which made me feel safe throughout the entire process. Evelyn proves that you don't have to be physically close to give great customer experience!

Cory helped me at the Public Storage off of Granbury Rd in Ft Worth on 7/28/19. He was very professional and thorough when showing me around the facility and figuring out what unit would best suit my needs. He was pleasant to work with and made the process simple and quick. I am 100000% satisfied with his service!
