I called before going to sign for my reserved unit to make sure someone had time for my 1:00 arrival. I was told there was someone there until 5:30. There was nobody there at 1:00 with a sign in the window saying they would return at 3:30. I looked for other available places nearby after that but was unsuccessful. Went back at 3:30 and still nobody there. I was hung up on once when I called customer service. I finally talked to Karen that was able to help me make the reservation online while sitting in their parking lot. She was very helpful but it still took almost an hour. The property manager finally showed up at 4:50. She was kind and apologetic but I was over it by then.
