I needed a unit asap. When I spoke with Alexa on the phone to reserve I chose the 5x5. I then went to office next day and Alexa brought me to the unit. As soon as she opened it I realized that I made a mistake and needed a5x10. She was so kind and told me no worries that I could just transfer payment made to the new unit. The next unit she picked was made out of pure thoughtfulness as she gave me I unit where the parking was flat to make the unpacking easier for me and I think she could see how much I was struggling . I just wanted everyone to know that in this harsh world today there are still people with pure kindness in their hearts. If you are reading this Alexa, Thank you

the space was a bit smaller then I thought but will make it for manager she is very friendly

Needed an accessible storage unit 24/7 nearby quickly, the manager made it very quick and easy and able to move in the next day. Move in was straightforward and easy, facility was clean, easy access to all units. My unit was very clean.
