This was a really nice experience. I called the number online. Received a call back was able to discern that everything I needed they had, reservation was made for me via telephone. Instructions for me to call to confirm or sent to me as well as spoken and then directions were also emailed to me. I went to the place was greeted and walked through everything and shown the unit I would be leasing. Very nice very mannerly very easy to sign the contract after it was explained to me. I needed a lock and they had them available I would like to have insurance on my items and that too was available and the manager explained what the hours were, how to use the gates, where I could park, how the doors work going in or the unit was at they have a Transit I could use to transport items from my car back to the locker. It was very nice. And I appreciate everything that they explain to me. Definitely a positive experience.
