Both units have been clean upon renting and my belongings have remained dry while being stored providing me with the comfort that my stored items won't be damaged by water from the unit leaking when it rains. Plus Sparebox has a larger selection of unit sizes to chose from including climate controlled units to accommodate the needs for different renters.
