A+ Self Storage - Sylvania

We are currently moving to the Toledo area and for the past six months we have been storing things at A+ storage in anticipation of this move. A few weeks ago we had rented a one-way rental to bring even more things from our previous home to the A+ storage waiting on our closing Day at our new home. While my husband was dropping off the rental truck at A+ storage some important medical cards fell out of his coat pocket and we didn’t realize it until after we had locked the truck and dropped the keys into the night dropbox. I frantically called and left a message and Amy returned that call immediately and explained that she would go in on her day off the next day to check out the truck to see if the cards were indeed there. The next morning she called back as she said she would and had the cards in hand. She kept them at the office until my husband was able to pick them up a few days later after the majority of our furniture had been moved into our new home. We highly recommend A+ storage. The facility is always clean and always well lit. The staff is very helpful and accommodating.

I have been so impressed from day one. Amy from A Self Storage called me minutes after I made my reservation to introduce herself and go over all of the details to ensure any questions I had were answered. She was extremely friendly and polite. I explained my situation and she made arrangements for me to come in after hours to rent our unit and she came in on her day off to assist us with paperwork. The unit is extremely clean, this is one of the nicest facilities I have seen. Overall just extremely impressed. Allison helped on the phone earlier during our move day and was extremely helpful as well. Keep up the great work!
