Great experience! Only recommendation would be motion lighting in individual units to make a little more visible in the unit when packing .

Though this is a new location and the place was still under construction, including office and guest area, everyone was super friendly. I got to meet the General Manager. Everyone in the building was great and they all engaged in a conversation with me. Paper work process was quick and did I mention the price was right in comparison to the other places.

Missed some minor details but Excellent overall.

Great customer service but the system provided the unit number and the combination to the lock but not the section the unit was in. So I ened up walking through each indoor section until I found it. A minor detail that was missed and wasn't in any of the documents nor text messages. But other than that great.
