Kannapolis Self Storage - Brookdale

The price is excellent in comparison to other local storage facilities. Appeared clean & secure. Location is in an older residential neighborhood without an office onsite. There are camera's & adequate fencing but office is several blocks away. Office staff was friendly & professional. Overall rating is 3.5 stars with a deduction for location. Good value though.

Will not rent from these clowns again. I was using auto draft for two years rental, rate went up three times. Started out 146.00 to 156.00 to 196.00. When I went to turn in the unit on the March 8, 2022. Martha stated that Kannapolis Self Storage doesn't refund monies at the end of the monthly rental. So, I'm out the monies that is owned to me! I'm on auto draft, that means that I should not be locked out of my unit, they put their lock on the unit I had to be in Mooresville with material that was in the unit, had to wait an hour for them to find someone to take the lock off. So sad that you can't do anything about the situation! My opinion they treat you nice until you move out and then Overcash gets everything out you that they can!! Will not rent a storage unit, buy insurance or buy real estate (((Overcash)))!
