Found this location online, set up a move-in date and went through the process on the phone. The manager provided clear communication and straight forward directions. Beyond impressed with the actual facility and on site manager, Matt. The paperwork was explained thoroughly along with a visit to the interior unit prior to putting a lock on it. Squeaky clean, fire safety protocols and easy transport of items from the dock to the unit.

I had my stuff in a 5x10 for over $150 in FL. When I realized I could move it here and store it cheaper for a bigger unit (climate controlled) I jumped on the opportunity! Great customer service and excellent location! Will be here for a while!

I had a good experience from the minute I walked in the door to the day I moved out. The staff was friendly, helpful, and courteous . The facility is clean. The prices are competitive.
