I received a phone call from this facility next morning and moved in the following day. the storage was clean and easy to access. thank you.

Must say that I’m extremely impressed with the facility. The customer service and prompt response of Lisa and Mugabe was amazing. The can do attitude was beyond my expectations. Chris was extremely patient and took his time showing me the storage rooms. One caveat I believe a price reduction should be placed in the storage rooms where pipes and the sprinkler systems run through, as this prevents one from utilizing the ceiling height for storing purposes therefore one less star rating. Otherwise everything else was excellent
