Saw the low monthly payment and it was less than other places, until you got to the one time sign up fee ( I am ok with that for administrative purposes, paying for a real person to get you all set up and such) , a $10 a month “lock rental “ fee (non negotiable) and the rate jumping up after three months. I also don’t like that I can only access my unit during special hours not 24 hours. I don’t like that I have to download an app and use my phone to gain access to the building and my unit. It isn’t in a super convenient location and easy to miss if you aren’t looking. What I do like is the well lit super clean temperature control and no weird smells building. The drive up area is covered from the elements easily accessible building and rolling carts for your convenience.
