this location provides the excellent customer service, the prices for the units, the cleaning,the location goes out of my expectations. Thank you.

Don’t come here!!!! First of all, you are obligated to have their insurance which is complete useless when needed. Got things stolen but they did nothing about it because it wasn’t inside the unit but outside the unit in the hallway. the insurance didn’t apply so their insurance is completely useless, there are thieves around have have so many restrictions, on top of it their customer service is terrible and when ever I had a problem they where completely useless, I don’t recommend please go anywhere else but here. There lots of stares around the area so don’t bother here. And their general manager does nothing to solve problems, at the end they have reverted me from getting my partners belongings who passed away because we weren’t related or married. After about two months it took to make a decision about the situation, the GM decided it was best to auction his belongings to make money or throw his things away , that was their most reasonable decision, also another person I. The office said he only had trash in the unit, if it was trash why would pay to store it? Plus even if it was it’s not her concern and her opinion about what customers store is irrelevant. His mother in another country was devastated not only for losing her son and not being able to say good bye but also she couldn’t get anything from her son because of them. You have to be very cold blooded and insensitive to do something like this. It speaks about how much they care about their clients and as a human being they have cero values or sympathy, I pray karma comes to them sooner or later and wish them the worst specially to the GM. I pray he gets karma x 10000. Bad people, bad service horrible experience and will share this in every review possible on line and every where I can. Please don’t come here
