Customer service was helpful and quick and I like the storage area!

I hit a pretty big delema this weekend with needing a storage unit on a weekend as fast as possible! I was so worried that all my options were gone until I called access, well unfortunately they weren't able to answer. I left a detailed voice-mail and a very very nice lady called me back not even an hour after I called and also put my reservation online. She told me she apologized for not answer when I called she was at a birthday party!!! I can't tell you how amazed I was about her even calling me back the very same day let alone an hour after I had left my voice-mail. She got me in within minutes and sent me all the detailed info about the unit I was purchasing!! Thank you to that gal... you saved my night and rescued me from this extremely stressful moment in my life. Thank you access. For having such amazing workers at your company!! They all deserve a raise!!!

Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m a students and the University of Montana and just moved into student community apartment and didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t have room for all of my things. With my deadline to get my things moved out of my previous apartment with the lease ending, this storage facility was such a help and gave me all the information I needed in order to move in that weekend. Super easy to work with. Highly recommend!!!

They were polite and helpful. They were able to accommodate my situation even as it changed mid-stream.

The whole process was very easy. I went online and reserved my unit. Drove there and a lock was available in the unit.
