I went online and reserved my space for free, they followed up with a confirmation call. I went in on the day of, we walked to unit prior to any paper work and im glad we did because i had thought of down sizing , i was moving from a flooded unit at different location. Well unit was way smaller so the lady showed me the next size available 3 times and i ended up with the same size as prior. We went in and finished paper work in about 20 mins, maybe longer, but on my end I had only brought my phone to pay and they couldnt except that form of payment , my fault it took longer, unit was clean and appeared brand new, i even got second month free. They dont have a gate for drive up units, which i kinda dont like. But it wasnt a deal breaker, i have outdoor drive up unit, but she gave me a code to access a restroom , buisness hours only but i really liked that part of the deal. Iver all i had a great experience from start to finish
