Overall a good experience. My only complaint is that there was no one in office when we got there but the QR code brought me to all the right steps. Couldn’t find a dolly cart to move my things but everything worked out alright.

Overall, the customer service upon initial arrival was amazing. She was very friendly and very helpful. Additionally, the unit I moved into was cleaned and perfectly ready for a new arrival. The only negative would be that the monthly price for this unit is above the average price for units, however, the location and customer reviews sealed the deal for my decision to stay here.

Cube smart is GREAT, there is clean, spacious, to and in a good area of the city of Maryland.

Denise the GM is amazing. She is so friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. I was super impressed with her customer service, even while handling an entire group of customers all at once. She is a rockstar at her job.
