Spoke with Lauren on phone and Brittany at time of rental. Both encounters were absolutely perfect. I love that they monitor and confirm when it is me in my unit. Also love the secure access. I could not have had a more perfect encounter.

Finding and securing our storage unit was easy with being able to reserve and fill out paperwork ahead of time online. The unit is perfect for our needs and there was no bait and switch with the price like another company that we checked out first.

Reasonably priced, convenient access, super friendly and helpful customer service. Easy and quick account set up. Appreciated the fact that locks, dust covers, and moisture absorbers were included with the rental. Lauren was the best. Only suggestion is that they get a better cart for moving items than the rickety one that is there now.

Both of the women I spoke with at Storage Sense were very kind and helpful. They answered all of my questions and made our move in process simple and quick! I would recommend this facility to anyone in the area needing a quick and painless move in!
