I really appreciate how easy and convenient the reservation process is. The pricing is inexpensive.

I found the storage location very clean and easy to setup.

Nice and clean. The only thing is I just don't like dealing with computers as far as signing up and starting the process on that computer

Many issues. System couldn't find my reservation. Created a new reservation. Security Code didn't work. Called for a new code- that code didn't work. Called again, she gave me a temporary code- which work. She told me that a supervisor would call me with a new code- haven't received that call.
