The U-STOR-IT facility in Elmhurst is clean, well organized, and easy to use. The staff are competent and friendly. I would recommend it.

One of the best Storage places I have rented from. Easy access, love pulling inside to unload in the Wintertime. Very clean and the staff is very helpful and friendly. Will tell my friends about this place.

Claudia & Lisa were so incredible. We were supposed to go to UHaul to get a trailer. They gave us directions, UHaul was sad. We came back and Claudia & Lisa took the time to find us a solution. These two people have amazing customer service talents! I would go back to U Stor It anytime, they take the time to help you find your best solution! Amazing customer service!

I received fantastic customer service. The lady was extremely easy to talk to. The place was very clean. And most importantly, the moving process couldn't have been any easier. There's a large three bay garage that you pull into with large flatbed carts right there for your use. It was all around a great process. Coulsnt be happier!

I rented a large storage unit equivalent to one room for at least about a year and I had exceptional customer service experience my agent Miss Tara is doing a fine job along with her other staff and employees so I just moved again recently and I plan to call or go online and reserve another storage locker this time I will I need a smaller unit but I know I'm in the right place because you can't beat the price and the service thank you and God bless you andremurphministries.com
