All is well with a couple of exceptions… the map of the facility does not show the ‘M’ storage locations and it was suggested that I drive around to find them which I did. I had to call a second time to get the combination to the padlock which was quickly provided. All good for now!

The transaction over the phone was easy and fast. When I moved my stuff in, the indications were very clear. I had a great experience. No complains at all. I would strongly recommend it.

Checking in was easy and I like not having a person do it and I can use my phone or the large touch screen they had onsite. I gave it 3.5 starts because the unit lock was hard to open and when I called customer service, that didn't help at all. I thought she would have offered me another unit but she just suggest I try to get it open. The lock was rusted and I will use my own so I don't run into problems with the lock later. I know it's a pull up but it was not the best inside and its the worst I've seen. It will do for now, I will have to add shelves inside to keep my items from getting wet from when it rains.
