The employee who assisted me was very friendly and kind. The check in process took a long time, but he explained everything very clearly to us, showed us how to get into my unit, and overall provided us with quality assistance.

I had difficulty finding the best elevator to get to my unit. I went into the office when I first arrived and I wasn't even acknowledged by the woman who was there. I wanted to purchase packing supplies, but was tired of waiting for anything, not even a Hello. I wandered around, trying to find an elevator and the one that I finally found was not anywhere near my unit. Luckily, another tenant was there who was able to answer my question. I just hope that when I move my belongings in there are more carts available because I only saw the one that was already being used. Hopefully, my next experience will be better.
