This was the best experience I’ve ever had renting a storage unit from beginning to end!! I actually was looking online for storage units comparing rates for a while, hoping that this location would have the best rate and after comparing all of the amenities against the other competitors as well as pricing and location, the thing that actually sold me on this was the property manager, Marla! I decided to call the location and she was so easy to talk to over the phone and helpful and she literally overcame every objection that I had and I was apprehensive at first, but after talking to her, it was like she knew exactly what I needed that very moment! I am so pleased that I rented with this storage facility and will not only keep my personal belongings there, but my business items as well! I was in and out in 5 minutes on my way to my unit! She definitely sets the bar high as far as customer service goes! 5 stars!! ??????????
