The facility changed ownership and all renters had to fill out new paperwork which took some time, and there have been some clerical issues that have taken time as well in the past. The facility is very clean, and mostly well-run. If it werenât for the common and excessive price hikes, I would give it 5-stars. However, the cost of my unit has doubled in the year since I first got it. These increases are a gray area contract-wise, but the facility definitely doesnât make it well known initially that this would be a factor.
