The facility at first told me they couldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t honor my online reservation, so I called SpareFoot who couldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t understand why not. Finally, the desk person called someone to show them how to do it and it finally went through. They really need more help in the office. I had to wait a long while when she was on the phone, then someone walked in while she was helping me and she stopped helping me to help him. I had to voice my complaint, as I had already waited for her to help someone on the phone and she didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t stop to help me all that time. Inside the facility there is lots of debris and I witnessed some water damage in one of the ceilings. I wouldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t recommend this place.
